I know that the RISD Art Museum is a rare breed, but thought that given this week's reading about the Academy and learning, I thought that it would be fitting to tell you all about this article:

I am personally very intrigued by the missions, roles, and work of university museums. Coming from a small liberal arts college, I found that this article made me think deeper about the education value of a museum on campus, and brought to light many interesting questions and conflicts that university museums face.
